few recommendations concerning the forthcoming international black stork symposium

Hello everybody,

Here are a few recommendations concerning the forthcoming international black stork symposium in Châlons-en-Champagne, 21st to 23rd September 2012.

Would you please :

• respect your allocated amount of lecture time : maximum of 10 to 15 minutes for talking, 5 minutes for discussions,
• at least a week before send your lecture by pdf and ppt to [email protected],
• bring a USB key containing your lecture or poster to the symposium reception
• don’t forget that we should like to include a copy of your lecture and/or poster in a collection of Syposium papers to be published in 2013 (recommendations we be sent shortly).
